education research institution. It is the very first of its kind with its own roots dating back to its intial formation
in 2003.
Named to honor Alfonso Pasquale Diulus (DeIuliis), my family's patriarch, the Institute
represents his undying and indomitable pioneering spirit. That spirit lives on in his ideal education legacy to
all of us.
Thirty years ago, I envisioned an outreach to overcome poverty, hunger, and ignorance in the world. If we could but harness the power of technology, we could spread the rapid dissemination
of knowledge and would do wonders never imagined. The reality in the 70's was PC’s cost $10,000 each
and there was no World Wide Web or Internet.
Now, a generation later, that day has arrived.
The DiUlus Institute
clearly embodies a desire of a handful of professional academics to offer selected and motivated adult
learners a skillfully crafted, totally online experience literally from anywhere in the world, for FREE -- At
absolutely no-cost. This tuition free higher education contributes to, and embodies, the very vision first imagined 30 plus years ago that set down a road to eliminating ignorance, wherever and whenever we can.
The DiUlus Institute, through its ongoing development over the years has also led to
the creation of a philanthropic outreach known as the Billion Dollar Project. The Project takes the notion of volunteer contributors of knowledge to a new level and permits the Institute
to become a driving catalyst for the Project's ultimate success.
