Eligibility
Graduate students with a baccalaureate degree or qualified experience from United
Nations developing countries, US senior citizens aged 70 and above living entirely on social security income, US Military
men and women stationed in Iraq or Afghanistan when they applied, and native American Indians living and working on Indian
lands and considered below the US poverty level.
The Institute does discriminate based on race, religion,

is either not qualified or otherwise does not meet the strict academic, moral and ethical standards expected and does not ascribe
