DiUlus
Scholars attend the Institute tuition free. Scholars are selected from among 190+
nations and principalities. They work hand in hand with international faculty
to seek out, invent, engineer, develop, and create new and innovative ways to teach and learn. Their combined goals are
to deliver and receive an online educations counted as among the best.
Scholars are sought from all walks of life, professions, religious beliefs, and circumstance. What are considered
as normal credentials are required such as high school, college and education related transcripts, letters of recommendation,
declaration of need, and demonstrable characteristics that indicate an ability to both undertake and succeed at
distance education.
One who seeks
to be a DiUlus Scholar has to ask themselves two basic questions:
- Why do they want this and
- What
do they plan to do with it?
Eligible US Citzen
scholar applicants may qualify if they are:
Native American Indians resident on recognized tribal
lands,
Member of the US armed forces serving in Iraq or Afghanistan, and,
Senior citizens,
age 70 and above dependent on Social Security benefits.
