The organizing faculty of The DiUlus Institute finalized a design for the Institute that they believe is truly unique. Their effort demonstrates a selfless dedication and commitment to revolutionize online higher education.

The Institute's handful of volunteer professional educators continue to dedicate their time, talent, and treasure to achieving the Institute's lofty goals. They are dedicated to established academic rigor and innovation that leads to great accomplishment for scholar graduates.

As the world's first online tuition-free university, the Institute is contributing human resources and its assets to help purge poverty, hunger, misery and ignorance from the world.

The DiUlus Institute is, in sum, an institutional work in progress working to achieve the lofty legacy of its namesake by lighting the lamp of knowledge for all whom DiUlus Scholars will influence in years to come.

2003 - 2011

The DiUlus Institute in 2010 completed a process that provided the protocol for admissions screening for the first DiUlus Scholars to be invited by the Institute to matriculate through various accredited institutions of higher learning. As a tuition free online experimental college and university, The Institute is now fully capable of demonstrating innovative design and delivery from its advanced course management system. Exceptional course design offers learners the ability to accelerate their pace at will as they meet and exceed certain academic milestones. All academic work is comparable, in every respect, to the best of traditional education providers.

The framework for the school was launched in late Spring of 2003 when faculty of The DiUlus Institute started curriculum innovations not found in most online college and university environments, even today.

During the Institute's eight year development period, specialized courses evolved that provide a dramatic new paradigm in how and what can be delivered in higher education now and in the future.

Today, that innovation exists at the Institute -- Asynchronous and synchronous instruction and total Web 2.0 collaboration are included as part of this creating a total 21st century total learning experience.

In January 2011, the Institute introduced a core MBA in International Leadership. In June, 2011, the Institute completed an eight year study on a revolutionary symbiont development that not only assures all DiUlus Scholars tuition free education but an accredited dual degree from DiUlus Institute symbiont host institutions of higher learning.
