International, National and State Licensing

International

The DiUlus Institute unique symbiont relationship with accredited institutions of higher learning enables the Institute educational programs within the established and respected accredited confines of those institutions not only to be accredited but to be of substantial international value to the appointed DiUlus Scholar. Schools associated with the DiUlus Institute are those who are members of the National Council of Higher Education for Private Universities (CONESUP), schools listed with UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization),
members of the International Association of Universities' World List of Universities, schools registered in the International Handbook of Universities and other international official government directories. The Institute may from time to time add other like credential organizations for the sole purpose of providing DiUlus Scholars the opportunity to acquire dual degrees in different jurisdictions and under various regional and national authorizations under the sponsorship of their symbiont higher education accredited hosts.

National

The DiUlus Institute is also committed through affiliated US domestic and domiciled colleges/universities for which it has now or may in the future acguire a symbiont relationship to provide DiUlus Scholars well earned credentials upon graduation. The schools most ideally suited for a DiUlus Institute ssymbiont relationship arethose who possess accreditation through one or more of the private accrediting agencies approved either by the US Department of Education or national accreditation through national ministries of education or their authorized agencies throughout the world. Regardless of the affiliation and the fact that host institutions charge tuition to their students, DiUlus Scholars attend tuition free and depending on the institution will be awarded dual degrees on the successful completion of their studies.

State

The DiUlus Institute symbiont relationship with schools in the USA requires that the host university meet and possess approved state requirements to grant degrees in the individual state where the university is domiciled. The purpose of seeking such alignment even though the Institute is a total 100% cyber-based institution of higher learning is to anticipate a time when the conduct of on ground seminars, meetings and symposium demand such authorization by USA state registered schools. International affiliation as noted above has already been established for the express purpose of being able to conduct online classes with the authority to award diplomas, certificates and degrees in conjunction with established and approved venues.
