DiUlus Scholars attend the University tuition free. Individual scholars are selected from among 190+ nations and principalities. They work hand in hand with international faculty to seek out, invent, engineer, develop, and create new and innovative ways to teach and learn. Their combined goals are to deliver and receive an online educations counted as among the best.

Scholars are being selected from all walks of life, professions, religious beliefs, and circumstance. Normal credentials are required including high school transcripts, transcripts of all college work accomplished, letters of recommendation, declaration of need, and demonstrable characteristics that indicate an ability to undertake and succeed at distance education. 

A DiUlus Scholars who has managed to make it through the pre application and application process fulfilling all the requirements is seated for a personal interview and asked two basic questions:

  • Why do you want this?
  • What do you plan to do with it?

Eligible scholar applicants may also be Native Americans resident on US Bureau of Indian Affairs recognized tribal lands. US Military service men and women currently serving in US government recognized "hazard" theaters of operation located outside of North America. And last but not least, senior citizens, age 70 and older, are also eligible to apply. 

No one country or group is being permitted to dominate the student body in order to maintain the diversity and broadest representation of cultures and homelands.
