In South America, the Institute has chosen Guayaquil,,Ecuador and in Central America, San Jose, Costa Rica for in-country residency for the purpose of conducting seminars, meetings, and conferences. In addition, the Institute has pledged to assist and promote higher education throughout the native Indian populations in Central and South America. The Institute plans to introduce blended onground and online programs in the regions beginning in 2010.
