The DiUlus Institute is currently considering several states for authority to conduct seminars, meetings, and conferences that may or may not lead to college credit. As a result, these jurisdictions require state licensing.  Currently, the Institute is considering both the states of New Mexico, California, and Florida as proper venues for this purpose.
