DiUlus Institute offers all educational programs in association with an established and respected accredited institutuions such as those of the National Council of Higher Education for Private Universities (CONESUP) who are listed with UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization); the International Association of Universities' World List of Universities; the International Handbook of Universities and other international directories. The Institute may from time to time add other like credentialed organizations for the sole purpose of providing DiUlus Scholars the opportunity to acquire dual degrees in different jurisdictions and under various regional and national authorizations.

The DiUlus Institute is also committed to acquiring US Department of Education approved agency accreditation either directly or through affiliated US domestic and domiciled colleges/universities for which it has or will acguire articulation agreements. The agency most ideally suited for this pursuit would be one or more of the private accrediting agencies approved by the US Department of Education. The process, however, is one that takes up to three years or more to navigate. The normal benefit of this -- government guaranteed student financial aid -- will have no effect on DiUlus Scholars. All attend tuition free.

However, the significance of such accreditation in the US for graduated DiUlus Scholars is the ability to apply to US accredited colleges and universities. If accepted, they will be able to transfer credits and matriculate for higher degrees and seek employment with any government agency  in any state in the US where US Department of Education private agency accreditation is required. Transfers from international based universities accredited under agencies like CONESUP and member schools of the Unitied Nations UNESCO list are also acceptable standards for the US Department of Education and many accredited schools in the USA.
