The Institute enrollment is limited exclusively to DiUlus Scholars. Exactly150 international and special category students known as DiUlus Scholars are to be admitted at any one time to matriculate through the Institute. DiULus Scholars attend the Institute tuition free.  Scholars are selected from among over 190 nations, religious organizations and principalities eligible to nominate individual to become DiUlus Scholars. In addition three separate domestic categories are also eligible to nominate Scholars.
