DiUlus Institute offers graduate programs as well as unique, one-of-a-kind academic courses. These include a "Bridge Masters Program" and a "No-bachelors required" MBA. All Institute higher education curriculum was created, designed, and developed exclusively by the doctoral faculty provided by the university builder, Global Academy Online, Inc.

The Institute is accepting applications for the 150 planned DiUlus Scholars. After five and a half years of development, graduate scholars will begin matriculating in January 2009 when the first 10 scholars will be admitted to graduate studies.

The school, whose Who’s Who of founders  is one of the world's leading authorities in online and distance higher education, Dr. Fred DiUlus, finds the Institute in collaborations with top-tier universities to facilitate and continue to develop exceptional online education. As part of the Institute's contribution to the Billion Dollar Project, Institute education is provided  tuition free, especially for those academically qualified and unable or incapable of ever affording it on their own.

But these milestones are just the tip of the iceberg of an ambitious program desiring and determined to be a model online global provider; a beacon for how quality education can and should be undertaken online.

All Institute faculty are volunteers and all curriculum modules are selected for the Institute specifically to recognize the world's changing dynamics of the international online education environment. Each of the Institute's programs are geared to enable scholar-students to continually excel at an advanced online learning pace. The Institute faculty contribute their time, talent, and treasure to assure the fulfillment of the mission.
