The DiUlus Institute offers a Master program in Organization Ethics, a field of Applied Ethics that concentrates specifically on the Organization as an ethical entity.
Emphasis is placed on the student's understanding of ethical responsibilities of organizations and how structure of both profit and non-profit and public and private elements common to them influence their behavior and ethical conduct in society. Students will understand structural and organizational differences between profit and nonprofit agencies and the ethical and moral choices driving public and private organizations.
DiUlus Scholars are prepared to deal with the experiences of organizational obstacles to planned, unplanned, and radical change driven by forces in the environment unknown and unexpected by organizations. The dynamics of gender, class, race, ethnicity, diversity, religious influence and national / international influences and the power control centers are examined. All are taken in relationship to how they impact, influence, and change the course of direction of organizations in todays global society.
