DiUlus Scholars attend the University tuition free. Scholars are individuals selected from among 158 nations and principalities. They work hand in hand with high powered international faculty to seek out, invent, engineer, develop and create new and innovative ways to teach and learn. Their combined goal is to deliver and receive the world's best online education. Scholars are selected from all walks of life, professions, religious beliefs, and circumstance. Normal credentials are required including high school transcripts, transcripts of all college work accomplished, letters of recommendation, declaration of need, and demonstrable characteristics that indicate an ability to undertake and succeed at distance education.

DiUlus Scholars are asked two basic questions once their preliminary criteria for eligibility noted above has been successfully navigated:

  • Why do you want this?
  • What do you plan to do with it?

Eligible scholar applicants may also be Native Americans resident on US Bureau of Indian Affairs recognized tribal lands. US Military service men and women currently serving in US government recognized "hazard" theaters of operation located outside of North America. And last but not least, senior citizens, age 65 and older, are also eligible to apply.

No one country or group may domiinate the student body. DiUlus Scholars are limited from each venue authorized to apply for tuition free attendance.
