The DiUlus Institute specialized programs are designed to meet the needs of qualified students and fit those exceptional circumstances where individuals, who otherwise might not find similar programs, have the choice and opportunity to pursue their education goals. The programs are nourished by practitioner scholar faculty.
These specialized studies are not degree programs but include Entrepreneurship and Applied Ethics training to assist scholar practitioners in nation building and economic development. The programs are targeted to provide positive, long lasting results on current and long term democratization of the DiUlus Scholars home countries.
